Your story reminded me of the day a small dog, Oreo got past all the security (you have to show ID and be buzzed into the schools in our county, pass through a double set of doors, and get past the gestapo at the office to get in.) Oreo, despite all the security measures, got into the school and led the principal, assistant principal, two guidance counselors, 3 specialists and assorted teachers on a 35 min. race through the hallways! It was hilarious! (At least I thought so.) Meanwhile, humans continued to receive delayed access to the building! I’m so sorry for your loss.
