Here’s a few sketches I worked on while watching “The World According to Garp” the other night. Very seldomly am I without a pencil… stubs in my pockets… in my purse, the car…and many an eraser has been chewed by the dog!  So here’s those sketches I was just telling you about.

A…..  A….. A…. A-CHOO!

What happened to the fellow who never feared a dream?
This place could not be home to him…..so he devised a little scheme!

The children soon took notice that Father’s not all there.
So they packed away the memories and gave away the chair…

In a dimly lighted room,   In a scruffy beat up chair,
Orin sat amongst the memories…. and wished that she was there.

Just one of the little people bouncing around in my head lately!

Here’s a preliminary sketch for a piece I’m working on this month. I can’t wait to add the colors to this one! Vibrant reds and purples..

This is a random sketch done while waiting for the Pud to get done in dance class…. the other one was of a skeleton ballerina….. hee hee!
This one raised far fewer eyebrows!
