For as long as I can remember I have loved both books and art.  Many Saturdays were spent carrying home armfuls of books filled with beautiful artwork and magical stories. Back home I’d pour over the pages for hours.  Each story contained a new world that I could enter each time I picked up a book.  

While I have many interests, illustration for children is my greatest passion. I can travel through time to distant planets or visit the queen just by picking up a pencil, and I never have to leave my desk.

My style has been described as whimsical and much of it is. I enjoy capturing the reader’s thoughts and taking them beyond words into imagination. I work in both traditional and digital mediums.
